3. Liability and Legal Requests: ghostBox shall not responsible for any actions or content transmitted through your ghostBox email address. We only share email content or email address info when legally forced by a court with jurisdiction over our email server. We reserve the right to not comply with unlawful requests and challenge them accordingly.

4. GDPR Compliance: We respect your privacy rights under the EU's GDPR. Requests for data removal from mailbox owners will be honored immediately, provided they are sent from the associated ghostBox email address.
